PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device-which ensures a fail-proof shutter closing action by maintaining the amount of projection of a shutter from a cartridge driving conveyance route and shutter energizing force constant during the shutter closing action. SOLUTION: A shutter closer 30 which is integrally formed with a turning control section 30b at one end and a leaf spring section 30d at the other end is turnably disposed at the loading chassis and the leaf spring section 30d is abutted on a projection regulating section 80a fastened to the loading chassis during the shutter closing action, by which the amount of projection of the leaf spring section 30d from the cartridge conveyance route is regulated to the prescribed amount. The shutter closer 30 is elastically energized to the loading chassis in an intermediate position between a projection position and a separating position by a thrusting section of resin hinge constitution disposed at the loading chassis or the shutter closer 30.
