PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic installation method of a network printer capable of performing printing without introducing/setting a printer even when a place is transferred. SOLUTION: A client PC 10 is newly added on a network having a prescribed system, for example, a network printer 1 and a network printer 2 and a web server 20 connected via the Internet. In the system, the printers 1, 2 are retrieved in the same segment as the client PC 10 when the PC is started from the client PC 10, when a new network printer is found in retrieval, a printer is generated by installing a printer driver, a printer port is generated by installing a port monitor if necessary, the printer is associated with the printer port and set to be in a printable state by using the new network printer. |
