PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power consumption in optical radio communication by shortening a writing time to a non-volatile memory. SOLUTION: Data is generated from a received optical signal. When data for the portion of one page is recorded in a flash memory (FM1) and a state becomes a writing waiting one, data for the portion of succeeding one page is immediately written in another flash memory (FM2). Then data is successively written in FM3 and FM4 so that an appearance writing waiting time is reduced. Besides, the transfer speed of a response signal to be returned to a transmission side after storing data in a SRAM is set to be slower than data transfer speed from the transmission side. |
