PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction mediation system for automatically performing a risk-based or cost-based pricing of in the intermediation system of call transaction, etc. SOLUTION: A transaction mediation server 10 mediates transaction between clients while communicating with a plurality of clients. The server 10 receives risk-based pricing data and cost-based pricing data set by each client from each client (S361) and stores it (S362). When receiving the input of the order of transaction (S363, S364) from each client, the server 10 adjusts the monetary transaction condition (such as a loan rate) of the order according to the risk of a transaction opposite party and costs per one transaction based on the stored risk-based and cost-based pricing data (S366). Then, the server 10 informs each transaction opposite party of the adjusted transaction condition of the order to each transaction opposite party (S367). Furthermore, the server 10 establishes the contract of the transaction of the order based on the adjusted transaction condition of the order.
