PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet connection service system by which connection with the Internet is performed with high reliability by eliminating hard disk failures. SOLUTION: The Internet connection service system is provided with a server box 10 to provide a variety of service by connecting a network 30 with the Internet 50, a server box management center 20 to perform remote management of the server box 10 via the Internet 50 and a server box dealer 40 having function to sell the server box 10, to download an OS(operating system) and application software to control operations of the server box 10 from the server box management center and to write them in a prescribed external recording medium and obtains the latest OS and application software from the server box dealer 40, if necessary. |
