PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of reducing cost and simplifying processing by using a single communication channel while preventing a communication failure due to interference. SOLUTION: A transmission data generating part 21 generates transmission data obtained by packeting prescribed information. A transmission controlling part 22 controls a transmitter 23 and a changeover switch 24 so as to intermittently transmit a radio signal of a prescribed carrier frequency from the transmitter 23 through an antenna 11A while changing the time interval and also to respectively modulate the intermittently generated radio signal with the transmission data. The antenna 11A is connected to a receiver 24 with the changeover switch 24 while the radio signal is not transmitted, and the receiver 24 receives the radio signal of a carrier frequency similar to that of a transmitted radio signal. A demodulating part 26 performs decoding processing of the received signal and demodulates received information.
