PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable impedance circuit of which resistance variance accuracy is high. SOLUTION: By setting the gate width and/or gate length of an MOS transistor comprising a parallel transistor circuit to the effect that a resistance variance can be made linear with a fixed variation rate or the variation rate can be changed along with arbitrary function within a certain range. Thus, even when setting of a control line is changed. The resistance can vary within a certain resistance range without fail.
