PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a mechanism simpler and action more reliable by curtailing the number of parts. SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with a linear guide 10 having a section 10b to be guided which is supported at a guide section 10a and this guide section freely movably in the radial direction of a disk-like recording medium 100 and is attached to one end of a moving base and an ultrasonic motor 11 which has a vibrator 13 formed to a disk form and imparts driving force to the section to be guided when the vibrator is pressed to the section to be guided of the linear guide.
