PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the execution of demodulation of a position information signal section including a defect in this section. SOLUTION: The device is so constituted that a trigger signal to start the demodulation of the position information data is not issued to the demodulation circuit of the position information signal section. Accordingly, a trigger signal which is a trigger to acquire the position information is not issued and therefore the execution of the demodulation of this information is surely prevented.
