PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the height of a guide shaft easily adjustable and to deal with downsizing. SOLUTION: The guide shaft 26 is provided with notches 26a at both ends. The notches 26a are formed to a semi-circular shape when viewed from an axial direction and are formed with planes 26b parallel to the axial direction. The planes 26b are thrust to first energizing portions 46d and 46e of a leaf spring 46. An adjusting screw 48 is screwed into a threaded hole 26b penetrating the planes 26. The height positions at both ends of the guide shaft 26 are adjusted by the degree of tightening of the adjusting screw 48. Since the adjusting screw 48 is screwed into the threaded hole 26c of the guide shaft 26 in the manner described above, a smaller installation space is needed and the downsizing of the device is made possible.
