SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of pouring melt to ingot mold through double-layer foamed ceramic filter after vacuum refining; using filter with pore size of upper layer more than pore size of lower layer; selecting thickness of first layer more than that of second layer in order to trap large part of inclusions in first layer and to trap finely dispersed inclusions in second layer; selecting pore size according to condition of achieving maximum refining effect.
