PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a system for utilizing an electric automobile readily and jointly in order to popularize it. SOLUTION: A management server 100 provided in a management center manages a user, an electric automobile 400 and the like, and communicates with the user through an i-mode portable telephone 200 which can access the Internet. The management server 100 is also connected to a post 300 for charging the electric automobile 400 through a public line or the like. The management server 100 can be connected to the electric automobile 400 through connection with the charging post. A system for utilizing an electric vehicle readily and jointly using the portable telephone 200 of the user can thereby be configured. |
