PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system more efficiently supporting customers. SOLUTION: A person-in-charge terminal 12 transmits and receives person-in- charge information and request information to/from a management computer 15 through the Internet I. A customer terminal 13 transmits and receives the request information and customer information to/from the management computer 15 through the Internet I. A qualification authentication organ terminal 14 transmits and receives authentication information to/from the management computer 15 through the Internet I. When a person in charge is registered from the person-in-charge terminal 12, the management computer 15 examines whether or not the person in charge has a prescribed skill with the qualification authentication organ terminal 14. The person in charge who passes the examination is registered in the management computer 15. When a customer requesting customer support transmits the request information to the management computer 15, the person in charge suited to request conditions is extracted and the person in charge is assigned. |
