PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises of an electronic device by a simple means. SOLUTION: A looped pattern 32 that is closed on an AC. circuit is formed surrounding a circuit 41 that generates an AC. magnetic field penetrating a wiring board 2 in the direction of its thickness on the wiring board 2. Thus, a current is allowed to flow in the looped pattern 32 in the reverse direction to one generating the AC. magnetic field to offset the AC. magnetic field through electromagnetic induction, resulting in reducing magnetic noises and radiated noises.
