PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unreading management system and a B-to-B type communication system capable of managing the presence or absence information of a reference request from at least one user inputted through a user system for at least one spoken document information in two prescribed user systems based on the user information. SOLUTION: A receiving part 301 accepts a request from a request user system. An information managing part 302 stores and manages spoken document information in a spoken information storing part 311 for each electronic conference room, and stores and manages system unreading management information in an unreading management information storing part 312. A display information editing part 303 retrieves user unread spoken document information, user already read spoken document information, group unread spoken document information, and group already read spoken document information based on the spoken document information and the system unreading management information, and edits the unreading management display information requested from the request user system. A transmitting part 304 transmits the processed result to the request user system.
