PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a flow rate variation of air flowing into air ducts between electronic apparatus each housing a plurality of heating electronic components spaced from each other. SOLUTION: A rack 1 houses electronic apparatus 2 with a plurality of air ducts formed between the electronic apparatus. A pressure loss control plate 12 is provided at the downstream of fins 5 facing a specified air duct having a high air influence rate among the air ducts, and the sectional area of the specified air duct at the downstream is made smaller than that at the upstream to raise the pressure loss (air duct resistance) of the specified air duct, thereby reducing the flow rate of air in this air duct. Thus, the pressure loss of the air duct having a high air inflow rate is increased to average the air flow rates in the air ducts.
