PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce rotational vibration of an air spindle, which is used in a testing apparatus for disk and disk head. SOLUTION: A turntable 3 is provided at the upper end of a rotary shaft 2. A counter table 53 is also provided at the position of the rotary shaft 2 between a rotary motor 22 and an encoder 25. The turntable 3 and counter table 53 are respectively provided with balance adjusting mechanisms for adjusting the balanced condition of rotation.
