PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display by running two threads between two suction cups attached to window glass or the like and rotating a disk between the threads to move in the lateral direction. SOLUTION: Two suction cups with springs are attached at a specified distance to the window glass of a car or the like and two threads are stretched between the springs. A pulley type disk is mounted between the threads so that the disk rotates and moves from side to side or back and forth by the movement of the car or the like to give the display effect.
