A 4-point contact type radial ball bearing (14) is used as the roller bearing for rotation support of a follower pulley (4) around the support cylinder (3) of a casing (2). The axial distance between center of the radial load applied to the follower pulley and the center of the bearing is 40 percent less than the pitch circle diameter. The radial clearance of the radial ball bearing is 0.2 percent or less of the pitch circle diameter.
