The excitation (17) is designed to produce at the piezo-electric terminals (22,23) an alternating voltage, such that the voltage, rectified and smoothed by the rectifier circuit appearing as a consequence at the supply terminals of the transmitter, remains greater than a predetermined level during a time period greater than a predetermined time so that the transmitter circuit can completely transmit the signal (13).
