FIELD: construction engineering; erection of double pipes for avoidance of spreading of product in inter-pipe space. SUBSTANCE: polymer envelope has passages in its interior and supports for pipe line formed over entire length of inner surface of envelope by one or several longitudinal projections which are spirally twisted similarly to passages; helix angle of spiral, number and width of projections are selected depending on conditions of contact strength and stability of envelope shape and required degree of localization of leakage.
