METHOD FOR MANAGING FLASH MEMORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a flash memory. SOLUTION: When writing is requested to a page in which prescribed data are recorded after writing is operated, writing is operated in a log block arranged corresponding to a data block including the page, and when writing is re-requested to the page, writing is operated in a dead free page in the log block. Thus, even when writing is consecutively requested to the same page, the writing can be processed in one log block so that the efficiency of flash memory resources can be improved.
