PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide whether a coin itself is conveyed normally. SOLUTION: A CPU 210 sends a coin discharge control signal indicating the discharge of a coin onto a belt 30 to one inter-board device 100a and a request-to-send control signal indicating a request to send a detection signal generated by detecting the coin conveyed by the coin discharge of the inter- board device 100a to another inter-board device 100b (step S1200) and decides whether conveyance abnormality occurs while taking a conveyance time into consideration (step S1215) to decide whether the coin itself is conveyed normally.
