PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system which reduces processing of a server and can provide pictures in accordance with various parameters to improve the usefulness by solving such problems in a conventional information display system that the processing volume of the server is increased because a picture file must be updated everyday in accordance with securities data and that it is difficult, due to many parameters, to generate picture files corresponding to all the parameters. SOLUTION: In this information display system, a picture generation program 16 of a WWW server device 1 reads out data from a securities and financial information DB 14 in accordance with a parameter inputted from a server stored program 12 on the basis of a request from a WWW client to generate a picture file, and the server stored program 12 generates an HTML for display of the generated picture file and outputs it to the WWW client.
