PURPOSE: An automatic e-mail address registration system is provided to carry out an e-mail address registration or modification as proxy at plural service companies or organizations for enabling a subscriber to receive each electronic document or notice from them without individually registering the e-mail address at their service sites. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a modem(11), a server(12), a monitor(13), and a user terminal(14). The server(12) includes a program(121), a database(122) and a data memory(123). The program(121) offers various kinds of input pages for enabling a subscriber to use the automatic e-mail registration service, and controls a communication with service companies. The database(122) stores personal data on a subscribers like a name, a residence registration number, an address or a phone number, data on the service companies which can process the automatic registration of the e-mails, and data relevant between the subscriber and the service company. The data memory(123) temporarily stores data processed by the program(121).
