An acknowledgement signal indicating reception of response message for transmitted query message, is sent from a transmitting section to destination terminals. The terminals that have not sent response messages are made to interrupt their operations so as to send the response message. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) Multicast communication data packets management system; and (2) Multicast router.
