The handle (1) contains motor- (32) and transmission (33) chambers (15, 16) and has a push switch (22) on it, to operate the motor. The transmission includes a pinion (38), internal gear wheel (39) and transmission shaft (40). The motor drive pinion is mounted directly on the end of the motor shaft (41), within the hollow wheel, meshing with it. The transmission shaft (40) is in direct axial connection with a shaft (391) of the hollow wheel and is also connected at the far end to a cranked shaft (hidden in brushing head). The head (5) connects to the handle, its tube (51) accommodating a further transmission shaft (46). The circular head (52) rotates at the front end of the tube. The crank (hidden) works in a groove, causing oscillatory head rotation.
