FIELD: equipment for separating film from internal side of shell of egg. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding shell of egg so as to obtain small particles. During such treatment particles of shell and film are at least partially stripped, which results in partial breakage of connection between film and shell. Method further involves feeding ground particles of shell of egg and film into reservoir preferably filled with water; providing action of turbulent force in liquid, which results in complete separation of film particles from shell particles after settling of shell particles; separating shell particles and film particles from liquid so that each of separated parts may be used or subjected to further treatment.
