PURPOSE: A device for connecting pipes is provided to simply and strongly connect two pipes and improve sealing performance for preventing leakage by giving the pipes uniform pressure. CONSTITUTION: A device for connecting pipes comprises pipes(1,1') forming fixing grooves(2,2') to the inside of both ends; fixing rings(3.3') forming protrusions(4,4') assembled to the fixing grooves, to the inside, slant faces(5,5') on a side of the outside, and cut faces to be widened; and clamps(6,6') disposed outside the fixing rings. The clamps form coupling grooves to the inside, and perspective holes(9) to check the fixed state of a packing(14). The clams have connecting protrusions(8) forming connecting holes(11) at the ends. The clamps are coupled while covering the fixing rings, by a bolt and a nut through the connecting holes. Thus, the connection of pipes is performed simply and strongly and leakage is prevented by uniform pressure all over the surface.
