METHOD FOR TREATING PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

FIELD: medicine, therapy. SUBSTANCE: a biologically active additive - glymuride is given per a capsule in the morning to an empty stomach for 10 d, then - cyclophosphane intravenously for 3 d daily at 10mg/kg patient's body weight. Three weeks later a therapy course should be repeated. During the first year after therapy course conducted it is prescribed cyclophosphane injections at 10 mg/kg patient's body weight once, during the second year cyclophosphane is prescribed at the same dosage but once during 3 mo. Simultaneously, glymuride intake per 1 capsule daily for 10 d should be repeated during 2 years at 5-mo-long interval. The method provides the prevention of progressive inflammatory process. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 ex, 1 tbl
