PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for recruiting the opinion of users and the idea of individuals such as an inventor lacking industrial techniques which tend to be latent as for industrial products, and to provide a job offer and job hunting mediation system using the result. SOLUTION: A problem solving method using a communication means is constituted of a problem solving mediation and idea solving system constituted of a problem proposing person having the duty of confidentiality in a problem solving process, a problem solving person, an idea recruiting person and an idea plan provider, for sharing the work from problem proposal to the development of a solving plan, for exchanging information by using a communication channel respectively and thus finding a problem and the solving idea, effective solving plan development and efficient reflection on the product. Further, the system includes the job offer and job hunting mediation system for introducing talents by using the proposal result of persons participating in the invention utilizing the system. |
