PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating oil composition having sufficiently high impulse breakdown voltage, and capable of obtaining sufficient resistance to thunderbolt, when used by being filled in a high-voltage apparatus arranged outdoors. SOLUTION: This insulating oil composition includes at least one kind of base oil, selected from among a group composed of mineral oil and synthetic oil and 1 to 2 nitrogen atoms as a heterocyclic constitutive atom, and includes a nitrogen containing heterocyclic compound being a single bond in both bonds of the nitrogen atom and the other atom. |
