PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system that can surely switch radio frequency used by a mobile station. SOLUTION: Proximity detectors 40, 41 are installed at a side of a transfer railway 35 from a 1st block to a 2nd block, and when the proximity detectors 40, 41 detect the approach of a train 31 in the order of the proximity detectors 40, 41, the mobile communication system switches the radio frequency used by a mobile station 32 from a radio frequency A into a wireless frequency B.
