PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which can grasp processing history on an image where a digital watermark is embedded, and to provide an image processing system, an image processing method, a program and a computer readable medim. SOLUTION: A digital watermark A with strong resistance and a digital watermark B with weak resistance are embedded in the original image 601. When an image 603 is inputted, a digital watermark judging part 113 extracts the digital watermark A, obtains a digital watermark profile and determines that the image 603 is the copied image since the other embedded digital watermark cannot be detected it is shown that two types of digital watermarks are embedded in the digital watermark profile 2. Thus, the image 601 can be copied but the image 603 which is the copy of it cannot be copied and a copy at second hand can be prevented in a copying machine where the copy of the copied image is not permitted.
