PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide battery pack fitting structure advantageous for miniaturizing a device and facilitating the removal of a battery pack and provide a portable apparatus. SOLUTION: An engaging state of an opening part 11a and a projection 1b and a releasing state of the engagement can be selected by sliding the battery pack 10 on the inside of a battery pack fitting part 20a. A power supply terminal 12a energizing the lower surface of the battery pack 10 toward the upper surface from the lower surface is installed. The battery pack 10 has a finger hooking projection 1a on the top surface, capable of sliding the battery pack 10 by hooking the finger. The power supply terminal 12a is arranged on one side face 10A than the finger hooking projection 1a so that in the releasing state, one side free 10A in the sliding direction of the battery pack 10 floats up by the energizing force of the power supply terminal 12a.
