PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment that can be assembled easily. SOLUTION: Click sections 34 protruded toward a body 1 side are provided on an electromagnetic device 30 and the device 30 is fixed to the body 1 by engaging the click sections 34 with the internal surfaces of recessed sections 17a provided on the body 1. Consequently, the device 30 becomes hard to come off from the body 1 and, accordingly, the assembly of this electronic equipment becomes easier, because it is not required to screw a rear cover 6 to the body 1 by using screws even in the circumference of the device 30 for fixing the device 30 to the body 1 by means of the cover 6 unlike conventional equipment.
