PURPOSE: To provide a fixing means making a wire easy to be mounted and difficult to come off from a pulley without using a restraining member and having little dispersion in wire fixed length. CONSTITUTION: A V-groove 15 for guiding the wire 13 surrounds the half of a pulley 11 and this wire locking structure 10 is provided in the remaining semicircle round region. A locking sleeve 14 pressed and fixed to a wire terminal 13a is engaged to a pulley rear surface pocket 16, and a wire free end 13 is laid and wound on a rear surface groove 18 and a front surface groove 19 after wound on a front surface groove 17, is inserted and fitted into each groove and is guided to the outside after revolved around the V-groove 15. The wire inserting/fitting grooves 17, 18 and 19 alternately recessed from pulley front and rear surfaces F and R are bent along one plane perpendicular to a rotary shaft C including the V-groove 15 to facilitate the length control of the wire 13. Since the wire 13 is alternately laid and wound on the front and rear surfaces F and R of the pulley 11, the wire 13 does not come off from the pulley 11, even if the wire 13 is affected by an impact operation due to rapid rotation/stop of an application object.
