PURPOSE: A method for preparing a hot-fusible adhesive for package is provided, to enable packaging to be carried out automatically by forming a pillow-shaped hot-fusible adhesive. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of melting a hot-fusible adhesive and a glue film material with main and sub extruders(1, 2) or a set of pumps and extruders, and delivering the molten one from the exit of the two extruders into an extrusion mold(3); extruding the cylinder-shaped adhesive from the extrusion mold continuously with coating a proper thickness of glue film on the surface of the adhesive; precooling the glue film-coated hot-fusible adhesive in a cooling tank; sealing the entrance and cutting the glue film-coated hot-fusible adhesive which is not completely cooled by using a cutter; and continuously cooling the product in a cooling tank and drying it on a delivery belt. Preferably the hot-fusible adhesive is selected from a synthetic resin, rubber, polyethylene, poly(vinyl acetate), and a polymer or composite of ethane-polyvinyl ethane; and the glue film material is selected from a polymer of ethane-polyvinyl ethane, polyethylene, and their mixture.
