SOLUTION: At prescribed monitoring start time, a security network as an object of processing which is provided for areas having time differences is substitutionally monitored and at prescribed monitoring end time, the substitutional monitoring process is finished. Consequently, When security network service in Japanese is provided for a family or enterprise which is situated in U.S.A. and uses Japanese as a main language, the security network can be monitored during the daytime in Japan in the nighttime in U.S.A. by using Japanese, thus the low-priced security network service of high quality can be provided. |
