PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reserve and purchase tickets and articles for a plurality of persons through a portable terminal. SOLUTION: A reservation server of a reservation ticket issuing system which uses a portable terminal is equipped with a reservation confirming means which confirms whether reservations can be made by reserving persons corresponding to a plurality of telephone numbers included in reservation application data or their representative for the portable terminal having sent the application data, an identification information storage means which stores the identification of the reserving persons or their representative having settled for the made reservations, and a reservation data transmitting means which sends reservation data including the identification number of the reserving persons or their representative at a request from a ticket issuing and admission device.
