PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a recycling form corresponding to the kind and amount of generated food waste and corresponding to the demand of produced compost and to select the recycle dealer. SOLUTION: The waste information processing program 11 of a provider computer 1 receives waste information including the kind and amount of waste from a waste generation origin terminal 2, establishes the recycling form corresponding to the demand by referring to a recycle object information DB 23 or the like, selects the recycle dealer capable of taking over the waste and notifies the recycle trader terminal 3 of the information about the generated waste. A compost information processing program 12 receives compost request information from a compost user terminal 4 and selects the recycle dealer producing the compost by referring to a compost information DB 24.
