PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an easy assembly without entanglement with a simple structure. SOLUTION: Lock spring members 15, 15 contained in lock spring containing parts 17a, 17b of a cover insulator 13 are provided with an engaging part 15b extended from a first plate part 15a to a front end face 13e of the cover insulator 13, second plate parts 15c, 15d, and a spring part 15f biasing the engaging part 15b toward a counter connector 21 at all times extended from the first plate part 15a over the first plate part 15a. The second plate parts 15c, 15d are provided with shafts 19a, 19b making the lock spring members 15, 15 free to turn.
