PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable having high cavity rate for its insulation layer and enabling easy processing. SOLUTION: The flat cable 1 is provided with a web 5 consisting of one or more conductor parts 3 and insulation layer, an electromagnetic shielding material 7 and an insulating material 9. The conductor part consists of a plurality of conductors 4, arranged parallel. The web 5 has staple fibers of fluororesin and is arranged pinching the conductor part 3 from the sides.
