PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destaticizing and charging device, by which a member such as a destaticizing needle and a ground wire can easily be connected with each other from the rear side. SOLUTION: In the destaticizing and charging device, having a holding member for inserting a conductive needle-like or linear member for arraying and fixing it or a conductive thin-plate member and a conductive connection member to be connected with the holding member or the thin-plate member, the conductive connection member is connected with a device ground and at least one of the holding member or the thin-plate member and the conductive connection member is provided with a guide means, having an introducing shape capable of inserting the other, a pressurizing means for pressurizing the other and a fixing means for holding the other in a connected state with respect to pressure- weld the holding member or the thin-plate member and the conductive connection member to be electrically conductive.
