<p>A method for preparing an oxide crystal film/substrate composite wherein an oxide crystal film of Y123 type is formed on a substrate from a solution phase by the liquid phase method, which comprises contacting a substrate having a seed crystal film attached on the surface thereof with a solution phase formed by using a BaO-CuO-BaF2 system or a BaO-CuO-Ag-BaF2 system as a solvent, to grow an oxide crystal film on the substrate, and controlling the temperature of the solution to 850˚C or lower. The method allows the reduction of problems associated with the employment of the liquid phase method, such as cracking of the oxide crystal film, delamination of the oxide crystal film from the substrate, and reaction of the substrate and the solution.</p> |
