The safety combat boots has been invented to protect wholly a soldier or a private citizen, specially for an ankle from bomb of laied a land-mine and stand from an explosive power, with make an application of the theory, in addition to anyone can always put on this combat boots. The safety combat boots has been used bullet proof material, shock absorptionare and composed of 21 steps. These 21 steps are composed of inside of 2 steps for shock-dispersion, inside of 2 steps for shock absorption and reflection honeycomb, vacuum layer of steps for wavelength mitigative, gel of 7 steps...etc. First the outsole of safety combat boots can reduce explosive force about 50 %, and then explosive force can be shock-disperse (pass from inside of outsole through the vacuum layer) about 50 %. So third inside of outsole can protect feet and ankles because of second outsole.
