<p>A damping device for the hunting motion of eccentrically loaded centrifuges, esp. sugar centrifuges, comprises a damping unit consisting of a number of horizontally superimposed damping rings, bonded at their horizontal surfaces to rigid plates, by with the inner and outer edges of the rings free. The arrangement produces an increased restoring moment, as compared with a single rubber ring.</p> |
