NOVEL EPITOPE OF HUMAN PAPILLOMA VIRUS E7 ANTIGEN AND CD4−POSITIVE T CELLS ACTIVATED BY THE EPITOPE

It is intended to provide an epitope on human papilloma virus antigen which activates CD4−positive cells of patients with uterine cancer; and CD4−positive T cells specific to uterine cancer lesion and pre−uterine cancer lesion activated by the epitope. The above epitope comprises (a) the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1, or (b) an amino acid sequence derived from the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 by at least one variation selected from the group consisting of substitution, deletion, addition and insertion and being capable of activating CD4−positive T cells specific to uterine cancer lesion and pre−uterine cancer lesion.
