<p>A novel leptin-induced gene which is induced by administering leptin. Since this gene is located immediately downstream of leptin signal, leptin-resistance can be evaluated by monitoring this gene. Also, a drug capable of ameliorating leptin-resistance can be screened by using this gene as an indication.</p> |
