The support assembly (10) has a foundation plate (12) with an off-center circular cutout (14) with a flat bottom surface. The cutout contains a first disc (16) which can be rotated by a first motor (22). A flat bottomed circular cutout (18) in the first disc contains a second disc (20) which may be rotated by a second motor (24). A threaded cylindrical cutout is positioned off-center in the second disc, and accommodates a threaded column which may be screwed up and down. It may be rotated by a third motor (34). A support plate (42) rests on the broad head of the screw column.
